12 Days of Giveaways - Day 12!

First off..sorry this is up so late..very busy day today and this is the first I've sat down at the computer...on top of that the freebie I had originally planned didn't get saved before my computer froze and I had to reboot so you got a different goodie instead! I'll try and remake my original freebie b/c I think they would be useful...but anyways it'll be for another day lol
